Update on Lokpal

We are pleased share with our readers CAP's petition to Shri Anand Sharma, Chairman, Parliamentary Standing Committee wherein we have requested that he recommend to the Parliament that Section 14(1)(h) of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 be rescinded with retrospective effect from the date of commencement of this Act.

AND CAP's petition to Shri Anand Sharma, Chairman, Parliamentary Standing Committee wherein we have requested that he recommend to the Parliament that Section 14(1)(​f) ​& (g) ​of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 be rescinded with retrospective effect from the date of commencement of this Act.
